By accessing or using the AirFry AI mobile application or the airfry.ai website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AirFry AI provides AI-generated air fryer cook times, recipes, and a community feed where users can share their cooking results. The Service includes both free and paid subscription features.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Cook times, temperatures, and recipes provided by AirFry AI are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as guidelines only. Results may vary based on your specific air fryer model, food size, and other factors. Always use a food thermometer to verify that food has reached a safe internal temperature before consuming. We are not responsible for any adverse outcomes from following AI-generated cooking instructions.

4. Accounts

You may create an account using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the profile page in the app.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Air Fry AI+ is available as an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will apply to subsequent subscription periods.

6. Community Feed

By posting content to the community feed, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content within the Service
• Represent that you own or have the right to share the content
• Agree not to post content that is offensive, harmful, misleading, or violates any laws

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post spam, misleading content, or harmful material to the community feed

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by AirFry.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirFry.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages resulting from following AI-generated cooking instructions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
